Propane Vaporizers

Built for reliability in rugged field conditions, ATLAS Propane Vaporizer Packages convert liquid propane into a consistent vapor stream for fuel gas systems, process heating, or utility supply. These skid-mounted units are engineered for safe, efficient operation in upstream and midstream environments.

Each package features a fired or electric vaporizer coil housed in a pressure-rated shell, complete with inlet/outlet piping, pressure relief, and temperature control instrumentation. Optional fuel gas scrubbers and filtration modules ensure clean vapor delivery to downstream equipment.

ATLAS Process Engineers customize each vaporizer to match flow rates, ambient conditions, and integration needs; supplying fuel gas systems, reboilers, line heaters, or generator skids. Cold weather options, CSA compliance, and automation ready controls make these units field proven and facility friendly.
