ATLAS DC Duplex Pulse® Crude Emulsion Treaters utilize a high voltage electrostatic field to accelerate the time required for the Crude Emulsion dehydration process.

This leads to a smaller treater size with lower heat duty requirements, resulting in a reduction of combustion exhaust emissions when compared to the performance of a Mechanical Treater.

Electrostatic treating also reduces the amount of demulsifier required to meet pipeline BS&W specifications.
